THIS IS AN EXQUISITE OLD VINTAGE LAMP SHADE OR LIGHT SHADE THAT IS TIN OR METAL WITH BOWS, SWAGS AND GARLANDS OF PETITE FLOWERS. This is an older shade of good quality. The pattern is stunning. The tin metal is a little uneven, and not perfect. It has the attached ring that just sits over a large light bulb. There is paint loss, chippy paint and wear to the metal.
