THIS IS A GORGEOUS UNIQUE OLD VINTAGE METAL TOLE TRAY THAT HAS A SOFT AQUA GREEN BACKGROUN WITH HAND PAINTED ROSES, A BOW AND FLOWERS. It has the very unique scalloped shape edges and handles. It has the original paint with minor paint loss, minor stains, scratches and wear. The little mark in the upper right hand side above the bow was the residue from a sticker, and I removed it.
