THIS IS AN OLD VINTAGE WHITE WICKER BASKET VASE WITH GORGEOUS SCALLOPED RIM. The metal insert is not removable. The base is wood. One of the wicker scalloped ends is disconnected and one piece is missing but hard to notice, since there are double scallops. There is paint loss, minor dirt and wear. The flowers are not included.
