THIS IS AN EXQUISITE OLD VINTAGE SALVAGED CAST IRON BASE, PLATEAU RISER THAT IS SO ORNATE. This is an older piece of good quality. The design is incredible. I'm not sure exactly what this was salvaged from. It has a round opening at the center. It has the old paint that has paint loss, rust,discoloration and wear. Measurements are about 10 by 10" wide.
