THIS IS AN OLD ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGED METAL RING OR CIRCLE WITH EMBOSSED ROSES ALL AROUND. This is actually a salvaged part from an old lighting piece that can now be used to set up a vignette with a little display inside, as I show. There are embossed roses all around.
