THIS IS A WONDERFUL VINTAGE METAL FAMOUS CAKE BOX TIN. The lid lifts up, but not off. The lettering is in gold. The front says CAKE. The lid says Famous Cake Box Mixture. The back says Leavitt & Peirce Incorporated, Cambridge, Mass, Everything for Smokers. There are scratches, with some paint loss, and wear. I'm not sure of the age. Measurements are about 6 1/2" by 5" deep and 3 3/4" tall.
