THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE OIL PAINTING OF OF A WOMAN WITH BROWN HAIR AND BLUE EYES THAT IS WELL PAINTED ON CANVAS AND SIGNED AND DATED 1983. The has gorgeous colors and is so well painted. It shows the profile of the woman wearing a large white hat and a black top with a white ruffled collar. It is painted on canvas that is stapled to a stretcher frame.
