BE SURE TO SCROLL DOWN TO SEE ALL THE PICTURES I HAVE TAKEN. THIS IS A FABULOUS OLD VINTAGE PLATEAU METAL OR CAST IRON METAL BASE OR RISER THAT WOULD BE WONDERFUL FOR CANDLES, A PLANT OR DISPLAY.. This has such a nice ornate design. There are four cute little feet on the ornate rim. It has paint loss, a little rusty, discoloration and wear. Sorry, the roses are not included but they are on another auction this week, along with some of the other background items.. Measurements are about 7" wide and the top for display is about 4 1/2".
