THIS IS AN AWESOME OLD ANTIQUE CAST IRON METAL SALVAGED BASE WITH A SCALLOPED RIM AND A PERFECT CHIPPY WHITE PATINA. This could very easily be a keeper! This is an older heavy piece that weighs about 3 pounds. I'm not sure what it originally was used for, but it has a great look and can be repurposed as a candleholder, as I show, or with some Christmas ornaments, or a small plant. It has the original white paint with color variation, paint loss, minor dirt and time worn. Great in any shabby chic, romantic cottage, Jeanne d'Arc, Farmhouse , Victorian or French country home.
