THIS IS A FABULOUS OLD VINTAGE PLATEAU METAL OR CAST IRON METAL BASE THAT WOULD BE WONDERFUL FOR CANDLES, A PLANT OR DISPLAY.. This has such a nice ornate design. There are four cute little feet with hearts above them! It is now mostly rusty with discoloration and wear. Sorry, the Plants are not included.
