HIS IS A FABULOUS OLD VINTAGE PLATEAU METAL OR CAST IRON METAL BASE THAT WOULD BE WONDERFUL FOR CANDLES, A PLANT OR DISPLAY.. This has such a nice ornate design. It has the old gold paint, with some rust, paint loss, discoloration and wear. Sorry, the candles are not included. Measurements are about 9" wide and the inside opening is about 5".
