THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL OLD VINTAGE WHITE CRINOLINE SLIP OR PETTICOAT WITH A GATHERED OR RUFFLED NET AND RIBBON SKIRT. The waist is worn and the elastic band stretched out, which now gives it a 36" waist. I show pictures of the fraying or wear along the top of the waistband. It is full and so pretty.
